Description:
My 25 year old bathroom needs a remodel. I need help with the new layout and vanity and floor selections. I want:
The double sliding closet doors removed and replaced with a single door (maybe a pocket door)
Remove the tub
Make the shower larger with a spot to sit
To work within the given space (12' X 13')
The door to the water closet can be moved to make the shower bigger
Two sinks
然后目前更多的内阁和柜台面空间have
Maybe make part of a counter top a sitting area (make up counter)
Wants:
Designs will be evaluated in the layout and the creativity in the cabinets. I am not creative. I want depth in the cabinets not just a rectangle or L, maybe add height to some of the cabinets.
Additional Information
The bathroom is actually 10 X 13. Not 12 X 13.
the bathroom height is 8' on the sides and peaks at 9.5 in the center.
There are no windows on the walls, only a skylight.
I want the water closet to be enclosed. The door will probably need to be moved to allow more room for the shower

I am looking to enlarge the shower with a bench. I don't want the shower to be huge.

我想要更多的计数器/虚荣面积比我目前have.
I would like one of the counter/vanities to be a make up counter.

I would like one of the drawings to be a one dimensional drawing (like my lame Excel sheet) showing where everything would be (cabinets, doors, toilet, walls, shower)

Could you provide a width for the partition walls for the bathtub and toilet?
Also provide window locations & sill heights?

What is the ceiling height of this bathroom?
Do you have a photo of the wall with the closet doors to be replaced?
Do you have a style preference (Modern, Traditional, Industrial, etc)?

Thank you!

Hi,
Are you sure about the dimensions ? The Tub looks really big and also have a strange width. Could you confirm your room is 12'x13' accurately ?
Can you tell me what the door in the bottom of your drawing ?
Do you want WC could be closed or must it be opened to bathroom ?
Like IanAmmerman said below, could you upload photographies of your bathroom ?

Thanks in advance,
Best Regard,
Thomas D.

How wide (dimensions) are the walk in closet doors? Also, could you add a picture or two?

Layout and Floor Plan for Restaurant
你好,我是一个训练有素的厨师生活和工作在Kuwait. I have an interest in design and I am finally opening my first restaurant. I have overseen the design and construction of several restaurants for the company that I work for over the past few years and it's finally time for me to build my own. For this phase of this job, I am only looking for a layout/spatial planning/floor plan in 2D and 3D for the dining room and mezzanine of my space. I would also like the 2D floor plan to include furniture placement and spacing. I have already completed the layout of the kitchen which I wish to remain mostly unchanged although I did notice an area or two that are using more space than what is absolutely required and may be adjusted (dish wash and prep area to the right of the dish wash, only 90cm walkway space required between equipments) The space is actually 4 units that will be joined into 1 big space. The first 3 units starting from the left, (lets call these units 1-3) are 50sqm each. 10m x 5m. The fourth unit, (lets call this unit 4) on the right side, is 7.95 x 6.85. This brings the total SqM to around 204. The landlord will allow for a 50% mezzanine to be built. The layout will be up to me as the tenant to design and build, as long as the area does not exceed 50% of the ground floor area. This means I can build a mezzanine of around 102 SqM. Unit 4 overlooks an internal courtyard directly in front of it, which will have additional seating, so the wall with the door will be glass. The position of this door may be shifted left. What I need: 1. Several options of ground floor and mezzanine general layouts in terms of the positioning of the bar, the location of the stairs leading up to the mezzanine. My instinct is telling me to place the stairs directly to the left of the front door, which will require the bar to be pushed up a bit. 2. I need to include a small pocket style bathroom underneath the stairs if possible. If this is not possible, leave the bathroom out of the plan. 3. On the mezzanine, I need to include a small office, a conference room, and two private dining rooms that can be closed off or opened to each other to create one larger room when needed. Part of or all of the mezzanine should be open and overlooking the ground floor. 4. As far as furniture, in unit 1, the hot kitchen will have a 3m window opening onto unit 2. If the bar is moved from this area, the wall underneath this window on the dining room side, should be lined with cabinets with a marble counter 40cm deep. The rest of the furniture I would like to see a mix of bench seating along the walls, loose tables and chairs, maybe even 3 or 4 bar height tables. Please note the positioning of the front door in unit 3 may be moved.

Refresh my new office
I have recently moved into an office that needs some updating. I work in marketing so would like something fresh and fun. I like plants so a couple of new additions would be nice. The current desk in the corner needs to stay in that position. I also need a bookshelf added. I like the small table and chairs but want furniture that is a bit trendier. I have powerpoints in each corner of the room so you can use this to plug in something illuminated ifyou have any cool ideas. Good luck
Innovation Lab
We have recently decided to have an Innovation center in our office and would like to invite designers to help us make a trendy and fun theme area, that can inspire employees and help them think out of the box. The basic idea is to have a nomadic design with easy access seating arrangement for two or three member groups. Adequate space to draw and build prototypes. The area must also include space to keep books and build lego structures, play darts or similar activities that stimulate thinking.
