我们are looking to redesign and improve the main floor of our 20 Storey apartment building.
Wants:
我们have considered a Detroit/Motown theme, but we are open to any proposals. We will be keeping the tile floor, so color schemes should match. We will not be removing any walls, but we could add some if the design called for it. We are not opposed to designs on the windows.
Don't Wants:
我们do not want spaces that will promote loitering. Minimized comfortable seating would be preferred.Entries

Hello, I just submitted an entry to your contest, however I noticed you didn't put the Gym name or logo, in my design there will be space for logo and name display, if you did love to go further all that could be incorporated, as there is very little time left for the contest to end.
Ho, I've just submitted my proposal, I hope you like the idea or may get som feedback to go deeper to it. It's taking effort as expected of course, but it should be done in raw about a week.

Dear client, to accomplish better and more realistic renders, can you provide a information - what is the height of the main floor?
To date, nobody has come close to giving us what we want. We are looking for more than floorplans. It could be a 3d rendering or a drawn design concept with colors, furniture, other features etc.
Preferably a 3d render. 2D would be ok if we can get a good sense of how the space will look.

Thanks Robert. I don't disagree with your comments. Although we think we would like to limit seating to avoid loitering, we may he able to .anage through security if it becomes a problem, or gate areas off as you mentioned.
I plan to submit based on your brief. This high rise of efficiencies and one bedroom plans with expansive ground floor common area was obviously designed to make use of the commons area for the residents to supplement the living space they lack in their units. Being divided from downtown by the interstate limits the social interaction opportunities of the singles and couples living here. In addition to the minimal seating in the brief, I ask that you consider some gated reservation type spaces: lounge, video, gaming, billiards, etc. You could also gate a micromobility storage space to highlight access to the riverfront via the parks.
The letters refer to the attached photos. The letter is where the photo was taken from and the arrow is the direction the photographer was facing.

The floor plan has a scale on it to determine dimensions. I may try to get a better drawing, but that is all for now.
