I am a student designer with proficient skills in CAD modeling, FEA, and Design rendering.

I have more than 3 Internships and more than 2 years of designing experience working on university projects and working as a product design intern in the industry.

I am proficient in working with Metallic components, Plastics, Composites, and Ceramics. Also being a mechanical engineer I can work on validating the component beforehand which gives me an extra edge over the other designers, I can perform CFD, Static stress, Dynamic stress, Thermal stress simulation, and also motion simulations for the assembly components.

    • I was able to generate a full assembly of the machine upon which prototyping can be done and test run of machine can be done. Alongside CAE and DFMEA for design validation.

    • Performed Design validation using multiple layups to alter design performance and weight distribution (Head heavy-Balanced-Head light) using FEMAP.
    • Also designed Lightweight and ergonomic molds for blow molding process to incorporate my design.
    • Assisted in altering molds of Wilson Tennis rackets for optimum manufacturing efficiency, as Arvind AMD happens to be the offshore manufacturing partner for Wilson Inc.
    • Was also part of other projects during my 6-month tenure with the firm which are as follows.
     Programming of a 6-DOF KUKA paint robot for badminton and tennis rackets.
     Time motion planning and optimization of a semi-automatic racket molding line.
